When you become a Songsinc Track
Shop Member, we collect your personal information: Your name,
address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax and credit

and track updates relative only to the Songsinc products,
programs and services; to respond to your inquiries about
our offerings and to offer you other products, programs or
services that we believe may be of interest to you.

won one of our contests or when we make changes to our member
agreements, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter,
or to contact you about your account with us.
If you choose to submit content
for publication (e.g., an accepted track or song) we may publish

response to a court order or a subpoena regarding illegal
usage of a track or song. We also may disclose such information

Owners, Agents and contractors
of Songsinc who have access to personally identifiable information

is consistent with this Privacy Notice by, for example, not
using the information for any purpose other than to carry
out the services they are performing for Songsinc.

to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information,
we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information
that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is
inconsistent with this Privacy Notice.
Finally, all Songsinc sites will
not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided

also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these

Songsinc may provide links to

as we have no control over information that is submitted to,

Songsinc sometimes may offer content
(e.g., contests, sweepstakes, or promotions) that is sponsored

to participate in the site activity. Songsinc has no control

All Songsinc Members can access
their personal identifiable information online, on the Songsinc
Site, in order to correct or change that information. To protect
your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to
help verify your identity during the sign-up process. Changes
may be made, by each Member, at anytime using normal log-in
passwords and procedures.
Songsinc is a general audience
site, however, we do provide music of all genres which any
visitor may listen to. Songsinc does not allow x-rated language
songs on the site, but some songs may contain mature language
some parents may find unsuitable for their children.
